Nutrition Consulting  

Because research shows differing physiologic responses to the same foods, I focus on building very personalized programs. My goal is to serve as a channel to research, and to translate it in a way that is practical, actionable, and usable to your long term health. I offer phone, skype, and email consultations in 30- minute, 45-minute, and 60- minute increments, as well as continued consulting in monthly and 6-month packages. 

Typically I like to have a conversation and/or meeting first, after which I can evaluate the amount of customization/work that will be involved. 

During this initial meeting we determine specific objectives, as well as your short and long term goals. Most importantly, we can determine together if we are even a good fit for one another. I am driven by adding value to others and want to be sure that I can help you on your journey. 

Having a Ph.D. in Nutritional Biology I can provide information; I am not a medical doctor and so cannot offer medical care or medical advice. If I feel your case or symptoms are out of my realm, I may suggest for you to be referred to a qualified health professional for further analysis and I will refund your consultation fee. 

My price structure with an individualized plan after the initial consultation is as follows, all billed by PayPal invoice (no account required):

1) Individual session: $80 per 30 minute session; $115 per 45 minute session; $150 for 60 minute session. 

2) Monthly sessions: Two phone calls or meetings per month- $140 for 30 minutes, $200 for 45 minutes, and $260 for 60 minutes.

3) 6 month package: 2 phone calls or meetings per month, for 6 months- $800 for 30 minutes, $1150 for 45 minutes, $1560 for 60 minutes.

The above fees include all pre and post evaluation time, research specific to your long and short term goals, as well as planning for the next session(s). Throughout the duration of the consultation, I have you answer diet and lifestyle questionnaires, examine diet records, and then we interpret your current and ongoing state of health. We will set up prioritized action steps for implementation and due dates for these action steps to be turned in, or discussed, and then interpreted.

Each case is unique and if more time is necessary, additional consulting fees may apply. Driving to and from a meeting place is $1.50/mile.

Refund Policy:

If after our initial conversation I don't feel I can adequately help you, I will refund your payment. If I am aware of someone who may be better able to help your specific case, I will refer you to them.
